Fees

Transparency in fee setting is a core value of the firm. In accordance with the ethical rules of the legal profession, fees are clearly determined with the client at the start of the engagement and are formalized in a written agreement. This agreement specifies the chosen billing method, the scope of the work, and any additional costs (court fees, disbursements, bailiff’s fees, etc.).

Time-based billing

In general, the firm prefers to calculate fees based on the actual time spent studying and handling the case. 

An hourly rate is agreed upon with the client when the file is opened. This billing method allows perfect adaptability to the specifics of each situation and ensures remuneration proportional to the complexity of the work performed.

Detailed time reports of the work performed are provided to the client.

Flat fees

In certain cases, when the nature and scope of the work can be determined in advance, the firm may propose a global flat fee covering the entire procedure or a specific stage.

Success Fees

In addition to a fixed fee (hourly or flat), a success fee may be agreed upon, linked to the outcome of the procedure or negotiation. 

This additional fee is calculated as a percentage of the amounts obtained or the savings achieved. 
This arrangement strictly complies with professional rules: the success fee cannot constitute the lawyer’s sole remuneration.
